Colm McHugh

Colm McHugh’s career in commercial and industrial property commenced in 1999. Over his 20 years in the property market, Colm has garnered significant experience and expertise in many facets of commercial and industrial real estate.

Colm commenced his career in London with Lambert Smith Hampton. After five years working in investment sales, Colm relocated to Perth and joined CBRE’s Industrial Sales and Leasing team.

After seven successful years with CBRE, in 2013 Colm joined LJ Hooker Commercial Perth as Licensee and Director of Industrial.

Over his 15 years as an industrial market specialist, Colm has been involved in the marketing and sale of numerous industrial land estates and subdivisions.
