LJ Hooker Commercial Perth has retained its mantle as the LJ Hooker group's best performing mid-size agency. The West Perth-based team made the most number of sales, leases and managed the most amount of property of any office with 10-20 staff in the network. It is the second year in a row the Commercial Perth team has won the award after only opening their doors in 2013. LJ Hooker's Head of Commercial, Christopher Mourd, bestowed the award on the team, jointly led by Principals Matthew Lyford and Vincent Siciliano, at LJ Hooker's annual gala at the Crown Metropol.
